Coinbase - Software Engineer

APRIL 2022 - PRESENT

Built core gRPC and GQL endpoints which retrieve “drop” objects and NFT listing metadata for new NFT feature which helped to drive 200k+ new users and generated the highest sales/day in CB NFT history ($260k plus $125k secondary sales). Maintained internal HTTP RPC endpoints for calling and assigning validators from 3rd party endpoints. Wrote protocol buffer services and accompanying business logic in Golang. Utilized and work with MongoDB, EC2, PostgreSQL to store documents, host services, and store NFT data & metadata for hundreds of thousands of users, respectively.

Coinbase - Software Engineer Intern

MAY 2022 - AUGUST 2022

Implemented a forward-facing proxy service with Go using Redis as a key-value store. Wrote custom RESTful server API to handle internal administrative connections as a serverless AWS lamda. Implemented SAML authentication with SSO for our internal admin portal. Worked carefully in respect to strict security and compliance measures to obscure user credentials and protect over $2B in funds.

Personal Projects

Tasker - An ios freelance employee marketplace(Swift/interfaceBuilder)

Leveraged the power of Firebase Firestore to perform secure credential/data storage/retrieval. Use of third-party libraries was implemented via Cocoapods. The UI design was done using Storyboarding & Interface Builder (programmatically). I Utilized HTTP request handling, multithreaded programming, and JSON web data parsing to draft a feature packed commerce app
